We are committed to providing high-quality language tutoring services. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following chargeback policy. By booking a session with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Payment and Confirmation

  • Payment: All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking through our designated payment system.
  • Confirmation: Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the session details. Please review this information carefully.

3. No-Refund and No-Exchange Policy

  • No Refunds: Payments made for language sessions are non-refundable. This includes cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session or missed appointments.
  • No Exchanges: Sessions cannot be exchanged for other services or transferred to another person.
  • Missed Appointments: If you miss a scheduled session without providing the required 48-hour notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund or exchange will be provided.

4. Chargebacks

  • Definition: A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a charge through their credit card issuer, resulting in the reversal of the payment.
  • Process: If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We are committed to addressing any concerns promptly and fairly.

5. Fraudulent Chargebacks

  • Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without a valid reason or after receiving the agreed-upon services is considered fraudulent.
  • Consequences: If a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent:
    • Permanent Ban: You will be permanently banned from using our platform and services.
    • Legal Action: We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover the disputed amount and any associated costs.

6. Communication and Resolution

  • Contact Us: If you have any questions or concerns about a charge, please contact us directly. We are here to help and will work with you to resolve any issues amicably.
  • Resolution: We aim to resolve disputes through direct communication. If a chargeback is initiated, we will provide all necessary documentation to the payment processor to contest the chargeback.

By booking a session with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this chargeback policy.
