ACTIVITY DESCRIPTIONS
Become better at understanding your new language by listening to the audio of your lessons. By removing the visual of the text, students will have the chance to strengthen their auditory skills and gain a better understanding of the many different ways words are pronounced and spoken.
In our reading module, students will have the chance to interact with their lessons by visually seeing the thoughts and feelings of their pup tutors, Miccolo, Piccolo and Chilo, to gain a better understanding of sentence structure, syntax and conversation flow.
Verbal communication is only half the battle when it comes to expressing yourself in a new language. In our writing module, students will get the chance to practice writing out what they hear in the lessons- gaining experience in transcription and transcribing what they see and hear into written form.
Contemplation, self reflection and ‘thinking out loud’ are all natural activities performed by millions of people everyday. In this section, students will learn how to talk about themselves in written form utilizing the first person perspective (I, me, my, mine and myself) in response to the lessons.
Our phone modules, Orbit Trail Live, will be available soon. Check back later!
Becoming better at a new language begins with pronouncing words correctly. In this section, students will be given the chance to sound out words phonetically- syllable-by-syllable to strengthen their communication skills and extend their vocabulary.
Master how to write and communicate clearly through text in your new language. Practice sentences from the most commonly used verbs and learn how to write about the past, present and future.
Learn how to describe actions and activities that are currently happening, already happened, may happen or will happen in the future. Our grammar guide will go over the nineteen (19) most commonly used verb tenses and how to use them properly.
A vital step to get started, the ‘How To Use Chat Tool’ walks you through how to use the Language Guide Chat Box located to the right hand side of your screen.
